Talked to the retired AC mechanic and he said they had a scavenge pump that gave trouble on the early ones and went to what he called a "sewer drain" system.  I have the old system.  He said USUALLY the low pressure oil light will come on if the scavenge pump has a problem but not always.  My light stays out until around 1500-1600 RPM with warm oil.  I think I will have him come down and look things over.

He said they were updated but in the Agco part book it looks to me like the 7040 had the scavenge system but the 7060 had the improved system but I might not be looking in the right place.

He also said they had a very good clutch and unlikely the clutch is damaged.
