Working on a 7020 for neighbor that had been sitting for 6 years, when engine is below 1500 rpm seems to have excessive gear chatter, both of our 7060 will chatter if idling below 1000, but this one seems excessive. When I look at the torque limiter though hole it is rusty and I’m wondering if the springs are gone, seeing if anybody has suggestions before I split it. Thanks

Yes it’s a power director, should have clarified that from the start.
