My solenoid has gone out and I can't get one until Saturday or Monday. According to specs on some starters the 190xt could work in a 7010. Has anyone done this and is it possible? I have a lucas starter in 7010, but not sure of 190xt. The length of the motor is larger on 190xt versus 7010. I looked at my 7020 and it appears to be the larger version of the starter.

Lucas (short) starter fits everything. Delco (long) starter could have interference on some engines.
