this is a page that I constructed by cutting and pasting gears and shafts from several pages of the parts book. I never did find the exact page with the shuttle clutch intermediate shaft and gears. This part is how I think it should work. Everything else is right out of the parts book.

I wondered how shuttle clutches worked. Once you see the concept (and wrap your brain around it) it is fairly simple really!

Thank you Dean. That is the set up I remember from the D-14 shuttle clutch - just smaller. Sorry I could not be any assistance in your quest. Good Luck! Bill Long ps: You may want to include this in the Knowledge section. I am certain others want to know. Pop's Knowledge is Power book did not have this good a description for the power director
