I rebuild pumps here in my shop, and have a core I could rebuild for exchange, or sell outright if absolutely needed. It's almost always less expensive to rebuild your own pump though.

It locked up and broke the input shaft, I've had this before and never had any luck getting them rebuilt, how much for a rebuilt pump?

If you are braking pump shafts, you need new front plate and dowel pins.             MACK

I would rebuild and sell a core outright, or rebuild yours, but with repeated seizures, I am hesitant. If a quality shop has been rebuilding them, then you've got either a mounting/drive issue, or injector issues, as Mack mentioned. I'd want to analyze yours to determine the cause. They rarely "just seize". The above issues, or poor workmanship in repairs can lead to seizures. Those heads are pretty scarce, so I am always hesitant to just hand another pump over. The 6080 pump is the hottest one for the 200 cid, F2/3 combines aren't as strong. The shaft on these doesn't have a small weak area either.
