Getting noise from front bearing support on 6080 Greased it and comes back after a few days I would like to put a new bearing in it looked at parts breakdown Wondering if or how you shim it and is it a special bearing or can I get replacement at Napa Thank You Gary

I replaced mine on my 6060 some years ago. I got a bearing from a local supplier I think. I have had the pin that hold the bearing cup (or what ever it is that holds the outer race) shear off in the past and it made a funny sound that greasing made go away but came back shortly after. Shim the bearing thrust allowance by the service manual with shims.
