6070 hydraulic problem

   We have a 1984 6070 fwa with a 460 loader on it. Awesome tractor but as of late the loader hydraulics have slowed to a point where the bucket wont hardly dump anymore and the lift is less than impressive. Was hoping someone might have a suggestion since I am new to this site and it is full of great people and info. Valve stack is under cab, we installed the cab originally years ago off of a super low hour 6060 and was thinking during install hope we don't have to service this valve stack that's buried under it, well here we go perhaps....
