This first happened lat month in the big snow storm.  Hydraulics stopped after a couple of hours.  Pump squealed like it had no fluid.  I let it sit for a while, and then it worked fine again.
After the snow, figured it was time for service.  drained system, cleaned strainer, refilled with new UTH.
Used the loader last Saturday for 4-5 hours off and on, and no problems.
Yesterday used the loader extensively almost non-stop for about 4 hours or so and then same problem.  Noise from the pump, little or no cylinder movement.  System is full, and no leaks.  If I let it sit and cool for 15 minutes or so, then it would work again for a few minutes and then stop.
Any thoughts?  pump weak?  Oil overheat?  pump overheat? wrong oil? crap in the system that's blocked strainer?
If ignorance is bliss, than happy days are here again.

If I wait until it's completely cold it will work fine for a long time
