I have a 500 series loader with leaking cylinders. In the past, I have only had to replace the inner and outer o-rings on the piston. The packing was good.
Does anyone know the size of the inner and outer o-rings? I really don't need the whole kit. Pete Hinrichsen

I tried fixing my 500 loader cylinders myself. I failed because my rods were slightly bent. The seals leaked when the rod was in the middle but didn't leak fully extended. I bought two agco seal kits and then bought two new cylinders. I don't know the answer to your question but I hope you don't have bent rods like me. I think agco has all.of the part numbers you need to figure out what you need.
