Zero !!! Those pistons will hit the head with a 4.5 inch stroke let alone 5 inch.

My first thought was, what rods are you going to use?

If you had an SP-48/AP-48 piston, the 5 inch stroke thing would work, as they were made for the 4.500" stroke crank where the SP-46/AP-46 piston was made for a 4.00" stroke crank.

Pretty sure AP-48 with a 5 inch stroke will also need to have .170" skimmed off the top to avoid the piston smacking the cylinder head. I'M ASSUMING THIS!!! I DON"T HAVE AN AP-48 PISTON TO MEASURE !!! It should have even more compression than the AP-46 with a 4.500" crankshaft.
