What belt are you guys running? I had someone ask me today and I couldn't find it anywhere in my books

Mine has a 1/2 X42 on it that seems to work fine, not sure what it's supposed to be.

If I remember correctly the G mower belt had a steel cable embedded in it.  The number 5 B,C,CA mower also had cables embedded in the twin belts.  I do not know if they are available today.  Perhaps others can give better answers.

I think its an A 42 or 44.  My last belt came from TSC.
