I run 15.5 x 38's from  a D19D on my 175, it is a good tire size for those tractors. Should have been standard from the factory. Even my D17 looks good with 12.4 x 38's.

My 175D  with 15.5 x 38's before I punctured one....then went to a set of 18.4 x 30's....which are pretty much the same height. 18.4's have a taller sidewall and flex on the hillsides....feel a bit more mushy.

I know a guy with a 185 that has 15.5-38s. It looks good. Id like to find a set for my D17 or WD45 to pull with.

Am I right in saying that the 38" wheels from the 165/175 MF's were the same?  I would like a set for my 185 as well someday.

Kevin, The centers on my D-17IV are from a MF-65. The only difference is the power shift locks take a square socket the same as a CA or D-10/12 instead of a hex socket.
It takes a good A-C cop to spot that.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

Kevin, I should have read your post closer. MF-65 High arch are the same as the ones shown with the exception of the wrench. MF 165-175 used cast centers.
