Was wondering what you all think this old wc would be worth. Sorry no pictures. It doesn't run. Motor is free. Rear tires are bad. Has spoked front wheels and non removable hand crank. Is 500 a fair offer?

I think your correct on your estimate. Also depends if your looking for parts or if this is a tractor you want to fix or restore. I think that would be a upper limit, unless its really special?
A friend has one near by for about the same price, with stuck motor.
Good luck.
Regards,
 Chris

Also missing the fenders and air cleaner assembly. Motor has good compression as far as I can tell. Block has a patch over on the exhaust side.

He wants 600 for it with a patched block. Missing the fenders and air cleaner. Has the 6 lug rims on the front. The rest of the tin is in good condition. Of I had a way to post pictures I would.

That's all that's wrong with it. I'm more interested in saving it than anything. And up here in maine the unstyled are getting hard to find

It does run. Runs good actually. I'm thinking of taking the bolted plate off and welding the block. But idk if I'd be opening up another can of worms though. .. Guess it depends on how bad the crack is. .

I have a styled WC that had a bad cracked block  Had it welded and it is fine  After painting you can't tell the weld is there

That's what I'm thinking I can do with this. If it's done right it can be barely noticeable. Thanks for the replies everyone

It would appear you have already bought the tractor, have it home, and have had it running.

Correct ?

Correct. I cleaned the carb it had some gunk in it. Then after a few good tugs it fired up. Will see about welding the block at a different date. I may take it to the shop up the road
