I'm replacing my 12 hp Kohler engine I have an extra wire coming from behind the fly wheel or should say from the stater and a wire from the voltage rectifier. Any ideas where to tie these wires into the system? Thanks

typically there are two wires from the stator - alternator ( normally white) that go to the rectifier that changes the AC current to a DC voltage output...... Then you have a module for the spark.... ??
