This is the seat currently on my 210. Is there a seperate  bracket that holds the third back rest pad on, or is it a whole different seat frame?  I would like to have the top piece for it or swap it out for the black two piece with arm rests. Anyone want to trade seats?

The seat frame is the same and there is a seperate bracket to hold the top cushion.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

As Calvin mentions, the top piece mounts to the back rest in your picture.  It is basically a piece of flat steel bent at a 90 degree angle on one end (to bolt to the back rest), then the top cushion gets bolted to it.  It would actually be quite easy to make.
