210 is pulling a strong fuel tank vacuum. When you uncap it, it sucks in alot of air. Last spring it would stop running. Pump and injectors have been rebuilt by ED. Tank was pulled 2 years ago. Cleaned and painted. Have a new AGCO cap and old cap. Both act the same. 210 is pulling as 25 foot IH mulcher. Looking for suggestions?

Bad fuel tank caps. They are to be vented to prevent vacuum.
