Got one of the 200s out today to do a sample hay baling because we have been working on the baler and I wanted to make sure everything worked before I cut my hay field. Anyway first time using a 200 and I noticed from neutral to low no problem but if I went to high then neutral it was still engaged and I would have to pull it to low and then back to neutral to get it out of high and into neutral. Is there an adjustment for this? Also as I said it was the first time using a 200 and I loved the power director feathering it in and out to slow up to let the baler catch up. I had cut some very thick grass below the manure pile and my windrows were huge but the 273 did a good job and didn't shear any bolts and I did like engaging the PTO and the engine not bog down like the 5040 does.

Do I need to disassemble spool valve and clean and reseal it? Or should I try to adjust it?

Work it back and forth several times may free it up. If not, may have to pull spool out and polish.    MACK

Ok thanks Mack, I bought it at an auction and replaced all fluids and filters. I may try to run it some more and see if it gets any better
