Was discing tonight and all of sudden the disc wouldn't raise and power steering wouldn't work..is there a spool like the 190 pumps that have to cleaned or any ideas....going to drain all fluids and change filter in morning to see if that doesn't help.

I'm gonna guess you are very low on hydraulic oil. Take at least 5 gallons with you and figure out where it went. CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FOR BEING OVERFULL !!!

I tore into the pump and I'm working on getting the plunger out but I keep finding little bitty pieces of blue rubber what could that be.

The section seals and the seals under the wear plates are a blue Teflon material. Sounds like a complete rebuild is in order. I guess it could also be blue silicone from some previous work??
