Have seen almost every ground engagement tool supplier tooth or cutting edge on every machine except Cat, can pretty well replace a lost tooth head on a shank from any distributor so long as you find a knowledgeable parts man that can recognize the types.

I have a 12" trench bucket from a Ford I modified to fit machine and it takes a small tooth that you use a ball peen hammer to dimple side to attach to shank - on the AC bucket 32" the split pin with rubber center holds tooth to shank . Bought a couple frost teeth to use along with the standard teeth .
