I have enough parts to make one good bottom set.  The other is all broken/welded.  It will be functional, but I'd prefer it if I could find replacements in decent condition:

MB:  309211

PS:  308807.  I don't like the way that seam looks and may work on it myself some more.

Formed a hook and partially built up the trailing edge with nickel rod.

14 Inch Draw rod (completely missing):

Disc for hub 317990.  The other is in good condition.  Both completely functional.  Measures 13.25", likely 13.5".  Not found anything exactly like it at Shoup, but one John Deere one looks adaptable.

MB Extension 315982 (have part where the mounting holes are, rest ripped off).  Probably could make something suitable by copying the good one.

309211 is a part number for a #325-14" bottom. I'd been hauling a good pair of them, with shares around for years with no interest in them. After returning from the Missouri River swap meet this past march all the #325 used parts I had went on a load of scrap, most likely headed to China.
The coulter hub and coulter disc are universal for most all early Allis plows, same for the molboard extension.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

It seems that Steve Rea of Ploworx will make parts, if I can't locate some, and if he can get enough design information.  That could be the problem.  He doesn't have AC plow documentation.  There are plenty of picture examples online, but needs precise dimensions and probably curvatures.

lt is my opinion the you will be fine with properly welded shares and moldboards. Ive done as a dyi. I’ve plowed in matched with my dyi welding .

Question, is there an advantage to putting the broken one in front or aft to reduce chance of re-breaking?  I.e.  if I hit roots, the good one will stop the tractor before the broken/welded one sees it?

There was a guy with 2 325 14 trailers , but I wasn’t going strip two nice plows for parts.

I would rather risk the welded one being in front since it is already broken. Just my 2 cents worth Smile

True, but I was thinking a little root isn't likely to break the nonwelded ones.  It was probably broken though overt misuse (repeated attempts to jerk a root or tree out).  A responsible person is going to stop and try to free the plow/back up first.

I may have found a source for all parts.  I won't know for a week or so.  He has to go verify stock.

I'd kinda like to find a 2X12 or 2X14 mechanical lift trailer plow. however if I found one with #325 bottoms on it, I'd remove the bottom assemblies to replace them with #124 which are better suited for my area. That's how I come to have had the #325 parts I couldn't find interest in, which led to them being scrapped. Sadly I have many other NOS and used parts that may soon be loaded on the truck for one last trip.
