I have a 190xt pushed into place (non-running). It has set for 2 years and now wanting to move it, won't budge. Definitely not in gear,Wondering if the brakes are froze up somehow. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Brakes are easy to get to as they are external. Were the brakes set in the lock position?
