I just got my 190 3pt for the D19. I want to thank Bill Deppe with AC Salvage. He was very helpful and provided an honest description of the 3pt he sold me. I also would like to thank Andrew Gubbels and several other forum members for their time and help.
While installing the 190 3pt, I noticed there was no gear lube plug on the right hand side of the rockshaft housing like there was on the original from the D19. I know there is a drain plug on the left below the rockshaft housing. I would like to know where the fill plug is for the center ring and pinion compartment of the rear housing. I even looked in the factory manual and could not find it. Thanks, Brad |

FYI
Did a little more research and realized the D19 transmission and rear end share the same 90W oil through an acces hole. Went out and checked the trans oil level and sure enough it was empty. I still don't know why the rockshaft housing from the D19 had a plug on it when there is a drain plug below the housing. Guess thats why it was eliminated on the 190 rockshaft. Brad |
