I got a new transmition drain plug drilled the center ut and taped it for a pipe fitting. The hydraulic is already a pipe fitting put a close reduced close couple a t on itplug in bottom and barbed fitting out the side. I used a street L and barbed fitting in the tapped trans drain plug and clear tubing between the 2. Had to get the yrans drain plug from AGCO it's not a standard thread i think the ug was aroud 10 dollars when i got one. You could just use yhe plug you e gof snd put a pipe ug in when you want to go back.

there is no real issue in connecting the two compartments for a while. - The issue is some thing blew the seal - usually a high side sealing ring sized or the housing is worn - which will lead to burning the high range clutch at the least. Oil for the clutch is supplied to the drilled housing and sealed by 3 piston rings. Somethings wrong...or going wrong

You need to split the tractor to change the input shaft and PTO seals.

A One Eighty has external lift cylinders for the lift arms. That's not the problem. I believe the usual problem is the oil seal between the transmission reservoir and the power director/hydraulics. Someone else will chime in with more. |

Sounds like the hydraulic line going to the lift cylinder is leaking. I would try lowering the lift all the way and seeing if it slows down or gets worse if you go all the way up. I don't know the number serries that we'll but it is a pretty common problem with the d serries and I think you have to split it to replace the line not sure.
