will a hiniker cab from a 180 fit a 190 ?  what changes would have to be made ?

The 180 will be closed in the back. You would have to cut that out to accommodate for the tank on a 190.

and the floor boards are different, dunno if that would make any difference there.

Like Shameless said, the floor boards will be a problem.  The 190 has a much larger operator's station that is placed on top of the transmission.  The 180 has smaller floor boards that are sitting below the top of the transmission.  Although I have never tried, I doubt that it will fit properly.

Should be able to find a cab for 190, was at sale last summer they sold 2 for $5, looked to be good but maybe no mounting hardware.
