Looking for a picture of the reverse shift fork for a One Seventy; multiple angles if possible. I finally started working on mine this week. The reverse idler gear was damaged, as well as the teeth on the other two reverse gears. The cause seems to be that the prior owner had brazed the shift fork back together and either it wasn't adjusted to keep the idler gear fully engaged or the fork wasn't brazed back on correctly. I'm thinking it has to be exactly perpendicular to the shaft it rotates on, correct? Wear pattern looks like about 25% of the width of the tooth was making contact. I only operated it for about 40 hrs after buying it before it broke, so it must have been like that for a long time.

Thanks in advance!

No use trying to fix that one. Call Sandy lake imp. 724 376 2720. They have new ones in stock. Cheaper than you would imagine to. They probably have gears too if you need them.
