These is a set of Titan 16.9 x 28 on AC spin out rims.  Tires have a bit of weather cracking and the one rim has a small patch, but would be a good usable set of tires/wheels. The rims have surface rust but would clean up nice. $850 for the pair.  The wheel centers are included, the eccentrics are loose.
