Can I run a 14.9 x 34 on a 16" wheel? I hope I didnt put the cart before the horse but I sold my other tires and wheels and have bought these. I didnt ask how wide the wheel was.

14.9x34 should be mounted on a 13" wheel according to Firestone.

Wide wheels for Pulling usually works better. It will all depend on tire pressure and cut profile of the lugs.

you could probably make it work but many area pull rules only allow tires on mfg recommended rim widths. I know NATPA does depending on division

Thanks for the input.. I found out that the wheels and tires I got were actually mounted together and the wheels got sold to the other guy. I know they think alot of 34" tubes!
