What tire would be best for pulling on a clay track? Most people have said firestone 23s, any other good ones?

I used to pull a 37 WC and used 13.6-38's on a hard clay track and did very well in 3500 and 4000# classes. But that was back in the 70's and 80's when a 52hp WC was a strong WC.
If we were pulling on a soft track carved out of a field, I used 15.5-38's. Both sets were Firestone Field and Road 23's

Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.
