The plastic return line was leaking. It had been spliced with quick release push fitting right above the break housing. Replaced the whole line. Hopefully that's what was leaking because that's a hard area to work in and see. In hindsight it might have been worth spinning out the wheel on that side, because they are set in for 30 inch rows.
