All the recent work been doing as to Truck Trailer, Trees and Mowing, made Something VERY VERY Angry!  Know have Lumbar Region Spine Stenosis, buried inside Serious Arthritis been building since first real injury of 1977.  Lots of injections, exercises, learning to stay out of certain positions or into for Too Long where that learning curve is Expanding.

So maneuvered Funny or twisted when should have repositioned and reached instead of Moving support systems closer, felt the pain surge when did it, was not bad as of day of but last Wednesday as got out of a chair was REALLY Awful.  Pain radiating from Hip to knee, Left Leg, would radiate into varied muscular groups of the Thigh or Left Foot toes, could stretch and alleviate or redisperse the pains so defined NOT a true leg issue but a Spine Issue.  Today after a reasonable number of nights of rest and not pushing yesterday the pains are pretty well diminished but the leg weakness is worse as stand initially as if nothing telling the muscles to tighten and hold.
Have a series of Stretch Exercises from when had surgery that found the Stenosis Arthritis issue that precludes any further entries.  Been doing those and seem to be helping reasonably well, so have to slow and readjust more often than have been as do the work need to.
So much fun having a destroyed Back!!NOT!!

Back issues are NOT fun. So far I have been able to avoid surgery but I keep the chiropractor busy. Arthritis in lower back and intermittent upper leg pain, a lot of it resulting from numerous back injuries. If I am getting down to work on something I have to have a plan on how I am going to get back up and be careful how I move while I am down. Be careful and take care of yourself, parts for us older models are getting hard to find.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

I sympathize with you Dave. My back aches a lot but it's in a lot better shape than yours. Been told I'll eventually need surgery. Two new knees, so far.
