I've seen lots of commercials throughout time of Carvana Buy & Sell but never visited with anyone that had actually bought, sold or traded a vehicle thru them. Anyone traded with them or know of anyone who has,,,,?

Sister in law died last year and i gots her 6 year old car with 75Kmiles... KKB says it is $9- $11K value..... I called the local CARMAX and filled out their paper work.. Said they would give me $10K check .......... just got to drive 50 miles to deliver it... maybe next week ? ....... Read the reviews on GOOGLE... "MOST" people were satisfied ..

No Carvana close to us.... They want some $$$ to come and get it, so that cuts into your final CHECK..

Hey Steve, I'm just curious about Carvana's procedures for setting a "value" on your vehicle based on "your" information you submit on "their" application. Did their rep ever actually go look at your SIL's car before quoting "their" estimate of the value of your vehicle,,,? Was there any opportunity for you to ask for a higher estimate,,,?

i stopped by a couple weeks ago and asked questions... Did not have the car with me.. They said if you are HONEST in your evaluation of the car, that 95% of the time their QUOTE is what they pay.. If there is body damage, interior worn or tires worn out and you list it as "VER GOOD CONDITION", then they dont honor the original quote...  She said they dont haggle over the cost.. Their QUOTE is not negotiable... you can fill out on line and get the QUOTE and see local office, or shipping to dealer.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

A while back the media was covering some problem buyers were having in getting titles in a timely manner.  Haven't heard any more about it so maybe they've got the kinks worked out.  Personally, I would not buy a vehicle I can't look at or drive-that's just me.

Had a co-worker trade vehicles at Carvana, they got his car, money changed hands, he got the trade but took 3 months to get the title. Finally took a letter from an attorney, got it FedEx overnight to him.

Neighbor a couple houses down the street did the Carvana thing twice within a couple months. As far as I know he was satisfied. On this same topic, has anyone here used ‘Give Me The VIN.com’?
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.
