Wow-  one doesn't get a cleaner, more industrial-grade setup than that... it's a shame they're willing to gut it for that price, and the machine is clearly a steal.

In current context, one would expect over $100K for such an install.Confused
Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.

Concrete ‘Vault’ it is in will take a crew of millrights to get it out, will not be cheap. Old Hospital or Civil Defense city or county emergency backup, may be able to disassemble block wall below windows at Radiator shutter.
