Distributer brass bushing solid, no hole for lubricant to go. Does it get lube from the felt under the rotor?
The drive had 85 year old gunk. I cleaned it out and put some #2 grease in it.

Good question, I'll dig around a bit today and see what I can find.

Okay, I hit the submit button and forgot all about this... This morning, seeing it again, went and got the books. Service manual says to 'fill with oil', that's it. Doesn't specify weight. Not sure what I used when I overhauled the distributors in my 45's. Have a can with 50 weight in it, might have used it?
