I've been talking to a guy with a Allis Chalmers #14 loader (newer style) and I was wondering if it would fit my WD45? we used to have a #17 on it but I'm not sure just how much of a size difference there is.

I don't know what a series 14 loader is, but I've moved an older from a WD to a D-14 then to a D-19.  Some new holes have been required in the mounting plates but that's about all.

The #14 loader is for a D14. It probably can be mounted with some alterations.
I have a 140 loader on a D14 that I want to mount on a D15. It's going to take some welding to make it work as the D15 frame is wider then the D 14.
