Where you live when is the normal date for forsythia to bloom.
April 9 or so here.

We have some blooming right now in Ohio, everything is early this year. I have a apricot tree blooming right now also, will probably get frosted next week. Spring Crocuses are also blooming as well as daffodils

Peonies are popped here, Seen Forsythia around town lighting off.  All of Wifes Flowers are bent on Blooming NOW.

forsythia, daffodils, chickweed and crocus are blomming now, I think it is early this year.

Was at a flea mkt near Damascus, MD, today.  Noticed on the way home, a forsythia, in full bloom right off rte 27...Wink

To go with the Rainbow, nearly every field around here is loaded with purple carpets, more or less a Easter is Here notice. Hen Bit weed yet still pretty.
