Unfortunately, Mom passed away Monday morning. Her BP dropped slowly Sunday night, with no chance of recovery, the decision was taken to discontinue life support.
We all had a conversation on Wednesday, to attempt to finalize plans on cremation, as we(siblings) assume this is what she wanted. As of last nite, none of my brothers & sisters located anything as pertaining to a Will or Trust. Mom’s Sister is certain there is a Trust, ‘somewhere’. It will eventually be found, more than likely when we empty out the house later this spring. It is a mess. |

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Please accept my condolences too, I'm sorry to hear that. Hoping that you manage to discover the whereabouts of the will or trust in amongst your mother's paperwork. Sadly I know it's a lot of work sorting out a parent's affairs after they pass away, even if they were well organised. Drawers full of old invoices and bank statements…

I’m so very sorry for your loss. When the time comes, don’t just cancel credit cards, also cancel the credit card account. Her lawyer will also have a copy of a will. These days are hard, but it will get better. Keep your faith.

Thought of something else... Kind of keeping my eyes open for a Snap Coupler 2 or 3 bottom plow with spring trips (60 or 70 series).

While I don't have one, I have all the parts to build one....... Some years back I was hot on doing just that. Not sure the geometry would work out with the 73 frame and 9000 series bottoms. Hmmm, I did tear one 73 down last fall and need to do same with that 9000. Maybe??? What would we be out but a little time?

I bought a nice 1968 190XT that appears to be in good shape in late December but got it home in January, so it has been acquired. Will be used for hay raking primarily. Wife didn't approve but when I convince her to drive it, she will feel better, I hope.

No you can't. Nice wife. Those are higher dollar tractors too. I neglected to mention that a really nice JD 4430 showed up here a few weeks before the 190XT. How many old tractors does one farm need? A lot, because they break under high use.
