Steve I have seen one of those many years ago. Unfortunately the ol memory ain't much good anymore. Could it be a tool to adjust a combine cylinder? I spent 22 years owning a tire shop and I never saw a tire bead breaker looking like that. But that don't mean it ain't one. Maybe that's where I seen one.
