They were given to me when i bought my 38B, old guy said they were for plow or something....... NOT  they appear to be AC though
 
38 & 41 B, sickle mower, 2 way plows, rear field cultivator, 2 row drill planter
40 Combine
66 Combine

Looks like part of a mounted moldboard plow.

Its for setting the plow depth. the bar mounts under the brake pedal side of the cross arm. and the rod goes back to the right side cultivator depth adjustment lever.

Like Dakota Dave said - Top picture sure looks like 309942 - Shaft Hanger Assy - Depth adjustment lever plow on a C - effective Oct. 1942.

Bottom picture looks more like lift parts for a B cultivator - 311568 - Rod, Lift & 311567 - Rod assy, lift (including sleeve)
