    Posted: 17 Jun 2016 at 8:04pm
I have an injector pump problem with my WD45D.  Original problem was that diesel leaked into the crankcase.  I had the pump repaired locally and it came back not timed correctly.  Took the pump back to the repair shop and when it was picked up and installed, it leaked on the outside.  Took it back to the repair shop and they said an o-ring was cut.  Just had it installed again after getting it back from the shop and the tractor runs awfully.  I am afraid that the repair shop has damaged the pump.  I am not taking the pump back that shop again.   Does anyone know of a dependable repair shop that specializes in repair of these old pumps and especially one that tests the pumps after the repairs are made.

thanks todd for the plug, but PSB pumps are not my forte! I've got one here I'm looking for parts for. I'm looking for a rebuildable core, since I need a good hydraulic head. I really hate it when guys drag these things out of long term storage, and then just start cranking, or pulling them trying to start them. By then the damage is already done! There are NO parts available new anymore, and finding good used ones are very, very difficult.

Forgot to say; that you might check the lift pump seal and shaft for a groove cut into it for the Diesel leaks into the crankcase.
