Yesterday I pulled a WD from my outdoor storage field. It has been outside for years without engine. It is in neutral and the right tire/wheel rolled but the left side would not. I assume rust is the cause since it rolled fine when it was parked. Question: Any tricks to get it rolling without dis-assembly? It just slides on the grass. My road is moderately busy, so I'd prefer not to use that pavement to un-rust it! I have about 30 feet of gravel driveway.
Thanks!
Maurice

I picked up one like that once. I pulled it onto a trailer with a chain hoist with the one wheel locked, not fun. Once I got it home, I opened up the brake cover and took the nut on the top and loosened it up a bunch, keeping in mind how many turns I took off the nut. After I did that, I unloaded it off the trailer and it broke free. Tightened the nut back up and it was fine after that. don't know if this will work in your case but worth a try.
