This question has been posted on the Upper Midwest A-C Club's website. I am posting this so maybe more experts could see this.

I have a styled WC serial number 702042. It has 6 digits insted of 5. Does anyone know what year it is and why the 6 digit serial number? Is it an experimental tractor or what? Also, it has only a foot clutch.

Please click on the link to post your reply. THANK YOU!!!

On the 'Serial Number Reference' section on this site it looks like WC's had 6 digit Serial Numbers from 1940 to 1948  ( 103516  to  178202 )

My guess would be your serial number is  102042,  not 702042.
