Need  HD5 B   parts , out  put    Splined  shaft   with U-joint  &  end  yoke ..  Part  number  065481 .

  Also   recoverd  or  excellent   seat bottom  seat  back  &  sides   for  same ..

you will be lucky to find a good one as they all wear as they are not lubricated. on a fair one I have on mine I drilled and tapped for a grease fitting and lube it occasionally. it will prolong the life and take up a little of the space that is worn.
HD5B, HD5G, (2) FARMALL A's, CUB. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, IGNORE THE LAUGHTER. FLANNEL IS ALWAYS IN STYLE.
