Can anyone ID this seat?  I'm fairly certain it's not AC, but I've been wrong before.  Thanks in advance.

It's an early IH seat for the 1939 H and M's. Worth a little to the right IH collector. I have seen complete ones bring as much as $500 a while back.
Pre-WW2 A-C tractors on steel wheels...because I'm too cheap to buy tires!
