Dug a 616 out that had been sitting for decades in a town not so far away last winter.  The rear wheels were locked but I'm guessing it was parked for motor issues (long gone).  What's the odd's it's just the brakes locked and what are new part availability for the brakes.

Thanks!
David

Probably pretty good odds its the brakes. Had one I picked up with just one side locked up and it was the brake. Brake assembly was stuck together just from sitting in the weather. You might be able to get it apart and clean everything so it works. Not sure on the availability of parts.

Did you put the transmission in neutral?  It moves a lot easier that way.
