i am working on the citys grader and we can't find decals that matched the old ones can anyone tell me where we could get them. we are unsure of the year . it has a stamped # d 400 and has a wd motor

According to my serial number list D400 would make it a 1949 model, the first year that the D Grader was made. 1949 covered serial numbers 1-480. There are after market parts maintenance and service manuals available from some of the suppliers on this site.
