Hi Steve.
FWIW. HD21 and D8H chains are both 9 inch pitch. Many many moons ago when i was young and keen, we took the tracks and rollers off one poor contractors HD20 and put them on his old D8H. He had to lenghten the chains a few links to fit the D8. He also modified the cat roller collars to take the allis rollers and fitted them to the D8.
Was one of these cases of using what you,ve got.
Anyway it all worked. So you should be able to find a set of D8H chains and grousers and fit these to your 21P. might have to add or shorten a link, but well worth looking into. Cheers Merv
