radiator repair.
2009 Ford Explorer, top portion of radiator is black ‘plastic’, small crack on very top of dome, about an inch long, about 2 inches left of the filler neck. The crack is more pronounced when radiator is hot.
Is there a process to patch this crack? TIA.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I have one out of Ford Ranger pickup with 3 liter you can practice on.Wink I was going to play with it never got there. NAPA had replacements for $120 about 10 years ago. I do have an account with them that has a decent discount on it, but don't know just how good.

Still have 2 of the pickups with the 3 liters.  Nether gets many miles lately.

I will check this out, it’s on the radiator itself, not the overflow tank.
