I have an allis chalmers 175 sitting in field with left brake locked up. No way to get a wrecker there without getting it back to barn. Is there anything I can do to loosed brake enough to drive it out? It will move a foot or so before popping and locking back up.

Disconnect the brake rod on that bad brake and drive really slow. May need to go back and forth a bit to free it up after disconnecting the brake rod.
