several i have bought/ seen, had the strap anchored to the horizontal bolt holding the battery box to the steering post. .... i thought that was "original".
the biggest thing is getting everything CLEAN so that you have a good ground..Anchoring to the torque tube directly might have been a better idea back when... But i dont think they considered the post to torque tube thread might not be so good 75 years later. Edited by steve(ill) - 15 Nov 2022 at 7:57am |
