The tractor restoration compotation is sponsored by Delo/Chevron Standard Oil. At the local level the oil distributers that sell that brand are involved. Some much more than others, as in most things. From hear say the local oil company has had place to store parts tractors and bits and pieces that farmer want gone from their place. Don't know how the stuff is split between kids wanting stuff that is there.
From what I know the students need to hustle and get their own support. That is where mom and dad, as well as grandparents come in. As well as ag teachers that are good promoters of their kids. Businesses will be more willing to give if the teacher has a track record of pushing kids so the projects get done.
